It also includes these INTERMEDIATE PROBLEM-SOLVING METHODS:

              • change levels of perception/orientation
              • consider the opposite
              • let your paradigm shift
              • expand your context
              • transform and translate the problem

              • deal with unavoidable problems
              • simplify
              • trial and error
              • develop a strategy

Obviously, you have many, many options available to you in Problem Solving.  When you use the program, you only need to choose ones that seem appropriate for your situation.  But it's nice to know that the rest are there, to be used at another time, perhaps.  When you do choose one of these methods, the concept is explained and then you can choose to proceed with that process, or choose another.  The program is very responsive to your individual choices, to work with you.

Let's say you are doing a creative problem-solving process, and you get stuck.  Inner Life will let you work on the following Problem-Solving Blocks, as part of your problem-solving process, to help you understand them and clear them away:
              • tension, anxiety, or hurt
              • anger, resentment, or fear
              • worry, guilt, or sadness
              • mental muddle
              • ineffective effort
              • avoiding the problem
              • missing the mark
              • not recognizing your results
              • impatience
              • lack of cooperation
              • lack of realism
              • insufficient information
              • being stuck
              • obstacles
              • frustration
              • procrastination
              • lack of concentration

And, you can further consider the following criteria for improving upon your results, in the Reevaluation process.  You can learn to make your results more:
